  I am the Owner of the gym, but here are some key features that make this place different.
  
  -All of our CrossFit classes start with a 20 min dynamic warm-up
  -Anyone can do it because we are focused on proper form and technique
  -I just had a baby seven months ago, and I have seen huge results
  -We have nutrition counselors
  -The shower facilities are a huge plus, do your work out, take a shower, go back to work!
