i went to bella spa with a friend for a masage had a 50% of coupon if u bring a friends so i did i paid b4 the masage. not only could the receptionist not figure out the right amount to charge me but kept argueing with me till i brought out a calculator! during my friend masage someone kept comeing in and out of her room getiing things from under the table she was on!!! During mine there were so many people talking out front of my door i couldnt relax! when i came out the owner didnt realise i was there and was tellin the receptionist that i could not use that coupon and that she was to ask for the balance!! i stood up and said "i am not payin u the balance i had a coupon and you have to honor it" she said ' fine if you dont pay it the person that gave you the masage will its comeing out of there pocket" the owner then left the room and i knew where she was going (to my friends room) so i quietly came around the corner to her telling my friends masage theropist to tell my friend that she had to pay the balance since i didnt!!!!!!!! as she realised i was there the whole time i told her SHE ISNT PAYING THE BALNCE AND NOR AM I !!!!! it was there coupon and there was no reason they shouldnt have honored it! I will never go there again!!!!
